DIRTY BOXING — The Classic Craft With A Ruthless Twist

Learn the Sweet Science — Master the Dirty Secrets — Complete Stand-Up Fighting

Dirty Boxing training? Let's check it out — what we're doing here is complimenting the Lucky Punch Boxing system with some Dirty Boxing - or better put - with the clinch warfare style of Mauy Thai — "why in the world would you do that?!?" — well, there's a new Combat Sport League called Dirty Boxing Championship (DBX)

Daredevil Made Me Do It

I got into Muay Thai because ... well ... Daredevil. If you haven't seen Marvel's Daredevil (Charlie Cox) it's awesome - he's throwing elbows and generally kicking ass - sign me up - the kicks, the gaddam kicks - my stupid leg just can't keep up - so, that was it for my love affair practicing Muay Thia — and then along came Dirty Boxing!

I first heard about Dirty Boxing from the Nolan Bros podcast (The Toe To Toe Fight Show) and I was psyched that my favorite combat sport was being combined with my second favorite combat sport - minus the stuff I can't do!  I'm obsessed with THAT style of fighting -

The Science of Striking. The Art of Control

I cringe a bit at the term "dirty boxing", I don't like what it implies, but in the sport OF Dirty Boxing it totally makes sense - in Dirty Boxing we have the best of two worlds here that really align themselves with the Lucky Punch Boxing's system — here is where we can us our clean boxing for distance, employ the Sweet Science for our range and as we enter the 50/50 as well as occupying space and using our footwork, hands and head movement to control the pace of play as we want it to be — and then dirty boxing for domination - oh, you want in the 50/50? Say hello to our clinch work, inside work and of course elbows ... by the way Superman Punches are allowed in DBX ...

From The Ring To The Real — Boxing Meets Muay Thai

There are real world applications here too. The place where Boxing meets Muay Thai has usable and practical self defense applications.

If you're interested in a NEW Combat Sport League - definitely check out the Dirty Boxing Championship (DBX), and if you're interested in learning how to fight in this style you'll want to check out Lucky Punch Boxing's DBX inspired training - the complete stand-up fighting system where you'll learn the sweet science and master the dirty secrets
