Lucky Punch is providing short, intense workouts consisting of bodyweight work, punching, cardio and abs! Terrible terrible abs that will have a significant impact on your fitness level, whether your goals are weight loss, muscle toning, or just working up a sweat. When you're short on time but don't want to forgo fitness - then this is for you! Perfect for those working at home or those with space at the office to get after it!

Push ups, ab work, shadow boxing and a lot of sweating - this class will get you into fighting shape! We'll focus on conventional and un-conventual training methods with loads of funky bodyweight work. Defense and head movement are a huge part of Lucky Punch Boxing and Bad Rabbit sessions will have you muttering to yourself "never give up defense for offense" over and over again. We'll get that sweat in while keeping our eye on boxing technique - no bad habits. You'll train like an old school boxer -- develop speed like a jack rabbit and heavy hands like a gorilla.
Live in-person Saturday mornings at 7:00am to 8:30am (at Wellesley High School track/football field)
