Group class and private sessions are done live and in-person as well as live over Zoom and are guaranteed to deliver a fun, sweat drenching, heart pumping killer workout that will help you to get into the best physical and mental shape of your life. You'll find the following classes in the Lucky Punch schedule and see when I'm available at other gyms and locations.

Sessions can run anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour – it’s up to you, and where you train is up to you. At your home sessions are available or at your office's gym. Wherever is easiest for you.

Up before the sun
Live in-person Tuesday & Thursday mornings at 5:30am to 6:20am

There was a time when a boxer would wake up before the world stirred and get their work in — we brought that back!
Join us upstairs in the heart of the Nonantum Boxing Club for some heavy bag mayhem — and killer rounds of old school push ups, squats, ab work, shadow boxing and a whole lot of sweating — this class will get you into the best shape of your life — physically and mentally.
Lucky Punch Boxing has an incredibly unique approach and understanding of the sport of boxing - we use the tried and true data driven approach of Barry Robinson (A Million Styles of Boxing) and we will practice and drill drill drill systematic bases within combat sports movements so that we are never limited and always able to adapt to any and every situation

Live in-person Saturday mornings at 7:00am to 8:15am (inside Nonantum Boxing Club)
Whether you've sparred before or this is your very first time we'll be going over the fine details of defense and the art sparring.
The focus for this class is on drills, technique, drills, and flow sparring … I mentioned drills, right?
This class is for all levels and the partner work is catered/designed for the newer persons level of experience. You will learn good habits and clean up those bad habits - think of this as the sparring lab where you'll not only learn, but experiment and explore
Hard sparring at the coaches discretion
MUST HAVE headgear, mouth guard, 16 oz boxing gloves, hand wraps and a jump rope -- I can also guide you on where to acquire these.
LIVE in-person at the great Boston Boxing and Fitness and simultaneously over Zoom every Tuesday and Thursday 10:00am to 11:00am
Zoom Only classes are on Mondays and Fridays - 2:00pm to 3:00pm
Rock Steady Boxing gives people with Parkinson’s disease hope by improving their quality of life through a non-contact boxing based fitness curriculum. The boxing workout can help to arrest some of the symptoms of Parkinson's disease.
Every day we are learning that there are ways in which people with Parkinson’s disease can enhance their daily quality of life and even build impressive power, strength, flexibility and speed! By exercising with coaches who know the ropes, you can fight your way out of the corner and start to feel and function better. Boxing works by moving your body in all planes of motion while continuously changing the routine as you progress through the workout. These classes have proven that anyone, at any level of Parkinson’s, can actually lessen their symptoms and lead a healthier/happier life.
"What the hell is Metabolic Conditioning Training?"
Great question - here's the 2-cent version - metabolic conditioning training consists of shorter workouts (20, 30, 40 minutes) with more calories burned both during AND AFTER the workout leading to more weight loss.
Here's a little more meat on that — a big part is up to you - what you put in is what you get out - metabolic training helps you burn more calories both while you exercise as well as after the workout is over — they call it the afterburn effect — which is such a cool description ... or band name.

HIIT exercises are a form of metabolic conditioning — but not all metabolic conditioning is HIIT.

MONKEY BUSINESS BOXING (Autism/Special Needs) is a fun non-contact boxing program for children/teens with special needs.
The specific focus is the Autism Spectrum.
Parents of children with Autism will know that generally Autistic people have slower reaction times, have irregular sleeping patterns and can suffer from stress/anxiety especially in social situations
Monkey Business Boxing classes are designed to help with stress and can focus the stress and anxiety into boxing and fitness.
Ultimately - the kids really like hitting' stuff :-)
